Small batch Gin, handcrafted in the Port of Echuca and distilled in ‘Lavender’ a bespoke copper pot still. Aromatic premium Gin infused with fresh Australian Passionfruit together with natural organic Butterfly Pea flowers providing a brilliant purple/blue hue and a soft floral finish. Blue turns to pink when adding your favourite tonic.
